Items may be returned within 30 days after you receive your order

   • Returns may be subject to a 20% restocking fee plus return freight

   • Custom orders may not be returned and are not refundable



Returns Instructions

Please contact Winward Customer Service to obtain a return authorization. No returns can be accepted with our return authorization.


Merchandise must be returned in the original packaging and in the same condition it was received.


Items returned to Winward that are not properly packaged will not be credited to your account.



Claims

Please report damages caused by shipping and/or packaging within ten days after you receive your order. Claims made after this period will not be honored.
