FOB points

All shipments from Winward to USA addresses are FOB Union City CA. Shipments within Canada are FOB Mississauga, Ontario.

Shipping Method:

Unless your order is large enough to be palletized and moved via common carrier, we will ship your order with UPS.

Common carrier shipments will be shipped on a freight collect basis unless other arrangements are set up with Winward in advance of your order shipment date.

Shipping Charges:

For orders that exceed $250 shippable merchandise, actual shipping charges will be added to your invoice up to a maximum 15% freight “cap” (freight will not exceed 15% of your invoice value). For orders of $250 or less shippable merchandise, actual shipping charges will be added to your invoice.

Residential delivery will require an additional charge. Rural delivery and inside delivery charges may also apply, contact customer service for more information.
